The Coca Cola HBC Czech Republic
The Coca-Cola HBC Czech Republic (CCHBC) has been cooperating with AIESEC since 90´s. At the beginning the cooperation was just based on participation on Career Days. Upcoming years, though, have brought wider and deeper cooperation. Particularly since 2006 CCHBC has become the General partner of FALLCO and will also continue in 2010. We also support AIESEC members by coaching them or delivering them workshops or trainings in negotiations, building of teams or communication with clients through phone calls. Of course we ensure that AIESEC members or their conferences have quality non-alcoholic beverages.
I wish all the best to AIESEC members and to our cooperation.
During last years we had great 3 AIESEC members (Petra, Marián and Honza) as key contact persons. Thank to their positive attitude, incredible passion, ability to adapt to new information or requests, support and last not least the ability to face challenges our relationship was strengthened and we had opportunity to see what people from AIESEC are.
Last year we started to use Tvojekariera.cz which we find useful for contacting interested students.
Why do we cooperate? CCHBC wants to hire candidates who are keen, loyal, customer oriented, eager to learn new things, eager to get and ask for feedback, work hard and of course have potential. All of these we see in AIESEC members, above that they speak English and they are also leaders.
All the time we properly plan Career Days and every year we offer something special for students. Always top CCHBC manager come to attend this event and discuss with participants, students and graduates.

Jak The Coca Cola HBC spolupracuje s AIESEC?
V roce 2009 jsme se účastnili FallCo potřetí a věděli jsme do čeho jdeme a velmi jsme se těšili. Naše účast probíhala 2 způsoby a to materiálním a nemateriálním. Materiální část obsahovala pitný režim, uvítací balíčky pro všechny účastníky. Ta nemateriální část, z našeho pohledu mnohem důležitější, obsahovala účast specialistů, trenérů a manažerů z CCHBC.

Naším cílem FallCo bylo zaujmout talentované členy AIESEC. Aktivitami a naší přítomností jsme zároveň chtěli zvýšit povědomí o naší společnosti jako zaměstnavatele, předat AIESEC členům naše zkušenosti a získat jejich názory a poznatky, co je například hledají a vyžadují od potenciálního zaměstnavatele, jak chtějí budovat svou kariéru a co všechno už umí a co je trápí.
Co jsme si odnesli? Především to, že AIESEC je plný lidí, kteří mají elán, chuť, nadšení a potenciál pro rozvoj a práci s ním. Umí se ptát a zajímají se o dění na trhu práce. Dále jsme poznali, že se chceme členům AIESEC i nadále věnovat podporovat je v jejich rozvoji a dosahování svých cílů. Získali jsme informace o tom, jak smýšlejí o své kariéře.
Všechny výstupy nás ujistili, že se chceme příští rok znovu účastnit.

Nevena Yakova from Bulgaria
- Nevena worked as a Customer Service Representative in our Sales Order Management team for a global American client company
- The focus of Nevena’s work was on the French market of our client, since she spoke excellent French and English
- Nevena was responsible for handling amendments and renewals of contracts, customer communication and communication with sales departments of our client company
Nuno Ribeiro from Portugal
- Nuno started as a Customer Service Representative in the Accounts Payable team, his primary working language was Portuguese. He participated on a large accounting project for one of our American clients
- His position included administration of invoice booking, invoice management and backlog management
- Being a responsible fast learner, Nuno also got the opportunity to participate on a transition of accounting processes from the client location in the USA to our office in Brno
AIESEC Alumnus Wins Nobel Peace Prize
Martti Ahtisaari, former President of AIESEC Finland (1963-1965), a former President of Finland (1994–2000), 2008 Nobel Peace Prize winner and United Nations diplomat and mediator, noted
The Norwegian Nobel Committee has decided to award the Nobel Peace Prize for 2008 to Martti Ahtisaari for his important efforts, on several continents and over more than three decades, to resolve international conflicts. These efforts have contributed to a more peaceful world and to “fraternity between nations” in Alfred Nobel’s spirit. for his international peace work.
Throughout all his adult life, whether as a senior Finnish public servant and President or in an international capacity, often connected to the United Nations, Ahtisaari has worked for peace and reconciliation. For the past twenty years, he has figured prominently in endeavors to resolve several serious and long-lasting conflicts.
